Looking back

When I started Batxillerat I thought that these years were more difficult but months later I had seen that Batxillerat is more similar than ESO, well batxillerat has more homeworks every day because if you don't have homeworks like maths you won't pass.
Furthermore the others subjects also request more work.

In these years I can improve a lot in all subjects, but as I'm very lazy always I need more time to do exercises or study for exams. But ever I thought positive, also in these two years I can see my evolution, the first course I need to recovered 5 subjects, only recovered 4 maths was very difficult.

This year I need to recovered 3 less than the last year, but I think that this is so difficult but if I believe in myself I can do this and much more things.
My lucky is that for my degree I only need 5 to enter, I am satisfied with my improvement in these years, also I can do new friends along course.

Related with my English Blog I think that it has helped me a lot, because to make it you must search a lot of information, look for new words, listen songs, understand the letter...is a lot of job and time but this is the only way to learn a language. In my opinion every school must make a blog with a lot of posts, is one of the techiniques to learn.
In my case I have improved a lot, comparing my fisrt post with the last they have changed a lot, especially the verb tenses, the use of "the"...My english vocabulary is richer than two years ago.
One of my best posts is Fast Food http://xicodecalle.blogspot.com/2010/11/well-today-ill-speak-about-fast-food-i.html, I believe that is the better because I like all relationated with health and care the body, so I can express myself and help to other people and here I put some technic words.
About my Oral Presentations, comparing the firts with the last they have changed a lot, at the begining I was very nervous and I make very stange movments, but then when I see the videos and the mistakes that I did I can changed it. My pronunciation has changed a lot too, at the begining I say the words like I think but now I always serach the real pronunciation on wordreference or other sites, because I Know that's difficult for me!
In general in this two years I really feel that I have improve, maybe not enough but I Know many things more.

Now is the final opportunity to pass batxillerat and all students can they got!

My name is Christian Ibarra and I am a student of IES Castelló d’Empúries, from Spain. I write you this letter to expose you my opinion about the Japan disaster.

First of all, I think that what happened it was a big natural disaster because of the Tsunami and the Earthquake. But now, one of the biggest problem is the radiation of the nuclear power of Japanese Power plant.

In addiction, due to this radiation, a lot of people are in danger right now, and they can not eat or neither drink anything, because everything is infected by the radiation.

Moreover, this tragical problem not only affected food, but also people’s health. This radiation can cause mental and physical problems to the actual and the next generations, increasing the number of diseases.

As long as no one can stop this situation, those innocent people will live in pain, so we all should help them and try to find a solution as soon as possible.

Passarel·la

We went to Passarel•la last Friday, Passarel•la is a summer disco which opened on Friday. It was the opening and everybody said that they would go. At the end of the day, my friends and I decided to go to Passarel•la to spent a good time together.
We went to Sikim to drink something and then we went to Timoner , both of this names are bars of Empuriabrava that we went often with friends. More or less at 12:30pm we went to Passarel•la, at the first there weren’t people but around half past one, people started to arrive. We met with lot of people, some people that you never watch at the street and when you go to the disco you always watch them.
When we went to Sikim, we took some flayers, as a result we didn’t pay anything for Passarel•la, they deal us like kings because we went to VIP longue. As a result, we had a good night! I hope that we can repeat in summer.

As you know, some weeks ago Fukushima lived the worst nuclear accident. There are some reactors and some of them now are close. This mistake, adds all problems that Fukushima suffered (earthquake and tsunami). Radioactivity released exceeds that one person can be exposed in a year, that’s a bad new because a lot of people that were exposed to the radiation, in a future they can develop diseases. However, the radiation is low and there won’t many problems for the health of people.

The Government of Japan said that the explosion hasn’t been in the reactor and hasn’t generated any significant radioactive leakage; they decided to expand the perimeter to evacuate all people. I think that this decision it’s very successful because you ensure the health of people.
One of the most important problems that I think that they’re very significant is that a lot of families lost their house, family, things…Recover all this things will be impossible…
We’ve to help to this people like when we helped to Haiti, they’ve the same right!

I would like to show a video that explain good all the mechanism, the good working, the problems that the reactor has and some opinion of Akira Omoto that works for Japan Atomic Energy Commission.

Exams

It’s time to exams for us and for this dates everybody have stress, we’ve to work a lot for the final exams. We’ve to think about the future, about our studies. Next year everybody will be in different places, and we’ve to fight for get our place at the University.
I think that these two years have been difficult and at the University will be different or I hope so. I think that batxillerat is hard and at the University you study interesting subjects that you like. You don’t have homework and you’re only worried about exams. So, it’s sounds really good!
We’ve to work one more week and then study for the selectivity and enjoy our long summer! Start with our trip to Menorca

I was looking some videos and I find an ad that Rodri and I did two years ago.
I remember that it was difficult to think about the ad, because we didn’t know what type of ad we could do. We started to think about the ad and he had an idea, we decided to do an ad about “Mixta”. It was fun because we went to the supermarket to buy some “mixta” for our ad.
Ad starts with Rodri, he started to try the bottle of Mixta (the bottle didn’t appear in the video), then Marcos our friend and I, joined to open the bottle. Then Laura appeared and she said that what are we doing, then the three bottles appear.

Relax

I don’t have topics to talk about; I’m so exhausted about everything, not only about English. There are many exams to do and so much to study. I try to think about something about relax, like our beach, where I spend lot of hours in summer. I like summer because we don’t have school, it’s hot, we can relax, we don’t have to worry about anything, we can go to the beach and swimming pool, and we can sleep until 12 or 1 in the afternoon..! Everything is perfect! But everything change when you are 16 years old and you have to start to work in summer, work in summer is like a tradition, you have time for you but it’s not like before! You have to wake up every day, work 8 hours per day and you don’t have time to go to the beach, you’re tired to go to parties... I try to work this summer for earn money and I try to go to parties and stay with friends too! I can say that summer is the best time and the best season..!

Champions

This post is about my team, Unió Esportiva Figueres, Wednesday 11 we won the championship, we played wednesday because was a postponed match. We won against Farners 1-2, in the minute 62 Fernando scored our first goal, four minutes later I scored our second goal, If anybody had seen they would have said that was luck because the goal was be when central of Farners try to refused the ball and ball impacted at my ass and the balloon was went to the net.

We need beat to Farners, because we would be champions only if We won against them. When the referee blew a whistle all of us exploted of excitment, emotion. Our coach jumped to the green with bottles of champagne, in this moment we were champions at the same time that Barcelona also won the title.

After in the changing rooms the party continued with champagne, all of us were in the showers celebrating the title, we put coach and the pshysiotherapist under the showers. The worst thing that we won the league on wednesday is that as not was weekend we can't do nothing after because we all had class the follow day.

Nowadays developed countries use nearly all the energy witch is at 80%, and the less developed and developing countries only use 20%. there is a big difference in how much energy countries use.the major energy sources in witch the more developed countries use are in the less developed contries and they are not getting most of it. todays primary energy source is oil and its 40% of all energy use.


Furthermore the resources that they used are produced by the developing countries for the developed. For this accion the developing countries can't improve these economies.
Now the most ecologist countries wanted an alternative resource to keep the world, but the most importants countries don't listen to ecologist.


The resources that I talk are about: especially oil. This resource is for get energy to poblation like heater or fuel. This is the resource that move the world.
the only way to keep the world is want a renovable resource that they can keep the world and these people.

Sexy Love Ne-Yo

MIC

MIC is a mediterranean international cup, this year my team: Unió Esportiva Figueres have played this tournament in Farners and Lloret de Mar.

In this tournament the most famous teams that played are Brasil, Mexico, Aspire Football dreams.
We played against Mexico, Farners and Tossa de Mar, the first match was be against Mexico, anything had betted for us, but in less than 1 minute we scored the first goal, but Mexico moreless in ten minutes later drawed the match. In the second part we went back to get ahead on the scoreboard, finally the match are draw 3-3, in this moment we gave a sorprise.
Against Tossa was very easy we won 10-0 later we played against Farners and we drawed 0-0.

The follow day we play against favorites of tournament Aspire Football dreams, this match was very difficult, the firsts 5 minutes they scored 2 goals, after we try to scored 1 goal but this was mission impossible, the referee would favour to Aspire because they have to pass the elimination. After this defeat we ended our tournament.

This was the first time that I go a international competition, I think that is so exciting.

Formula 1

Follow sunday will started the show of formula 1 in Australia of Melbourne track. The favourites to win this year are; Alonso, Vettel and Hamilton, but this year the FIA introduced more changes respect last year, this changes can be affect to this competition and shown formula 1 more interesting because the second teams like Toro Rosso, Renault or Hispania have oportunities to make points. This year the most important thing to do a nice races is that the teams have a nice planification.

Furthermore this year at same competition there are 5 world championship's (M. Schumacher, Alonso, Button, Vettel and Hamilton). Today started free training in Australia, Webber a Redbull driver is Australian and the public cheer his. Saturday will doing a race classification for the sunday race. Nowadays Formula 1 looks like more interesant than years ago because all of cars are similars for the FIA's rules. I hope that you enjoy this show.
